Assist with IT project budget management, including budget tracking, utilization, forecasting, analysis, and reporting
Support Project Management Office (PMO) activities such as:
Tracking project progress
Preparing meeting minutes and action items
Updating project dashboards and deliverables
Analysis and reporting
Handle basic administrative tasks as required
Job Scope (Collection Role)
Perform outbound calls to notify customers on outstanding and overdue payments
Assist customers in arranging workable repayment plans
Explain and clarify non-payment issues
Conduct follow-up calls with customers
Maintain records of collections and account status
Requirements
Degree in Finance or Business IT (Fresh Graduate)
Familiar with IT project management and financial/budget planning
Good command of MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
Able to multitask and learn quickly
Positive attitude and willingness to grow
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
