Financial Crime Surveillance Operations - Graduate Programme The digital revolution has transformed banking and financial services. Financial Crime Surveillance Operations (FCSO) is the Bank\'s specialist utility for 1st Line of Defence. They are the first step in the Bank\'s fight against financial crime and responsible for managing the risk across all of the Bank\'s processes, ensuring an effective control environment. Risk events are reviewed, red flags are analysed, and escalation and resolution are managed. About the Graduate Programme Graduates who join the FCSO Graduate programme will go through a 12-month learning and development journey, rotating within various FCSO functions (including, but not limited to Transaction Monitoring and Fraud, Screening and Reg Control and Risk Management) before being placed into an FCSO Surveillance operations role. You will be assigned a mentor to advise you and be a sounding board to support you throughout your journey. We will help you build relationships as we recognise that your network of contacts is an invaluable asset throughout your career. During this learning journey, we\'ll Invest in helping you build the skills and capabilities needed to succeed in a career in Surveillance operations. Provide you with Surveillance services domain knowledge, along with technical and meta-skills needed to be a successful operations professional. Provide opportunities for you to engage with our senior leaders globally, pitch your ideas, and demonstrate your problem-solving skills. Over a year you\'ll experience an incredible and varied global learning experience, which will include: Talent assignments Technical and professional skills training Future skills development workshops Targeted online learning Inspiring thought leadership speaker events, Real-life business problem solving and more.
