Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Responsible for the company\xe2\x80\x99s branding on visual; graphic and video outcome \xc2\xb7 Understand and implement important criteria; Research, Ideation, Analytical, Promotion and Management in the graphic creation process \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets \xc2\xb7 Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media \xc2\xb7 Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends \xc2\xb7 Prepare rough drafts and present ideas eg storyboard deck \xc2\xb7 Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand \xc2\xb7 Work with content marketing specialist to produce the final design \xc2\xb7 Able to develop motion graphic outcome \xc2\xb7 Familiar with brand marketing and sales strategies \xc2\xb7 Understand the pattern and trends on various channels, ensuring the strong brand presence and visibility in both digital and offline platforms \xc2\xb7 Amend designs after feedback \xc2\xb7 Have a basic understanding of the digital marketing process \xc2\xb7 Deliver relevant and engaging content on a regular basis \xc2\xb7 Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Proven graphic designing experience with relevant skill creation \xc2\xb7 2 years of relevant work experiences, video editing and 3D is a huge advantage \xc2\xb7 A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics including motion graphic \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with design software and technologies (compulsory Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and InDesign) \xc2\xb7 A keen eye for aesthetics and details \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines \xc2\xb7 Creative mind and storytelling skills \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design or related field (bonus) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits:
