  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
Education & Experience
  • A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design and project administration.
Personal Traits

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
  • Graphic Design: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a strong portfolio, preferably in real estate or marketing.
  • E-Marketing: Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar tools.
  • Project Management: Basic experience managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and coordinating workflows.
  • Real Estate Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with property listings and online property platforms is an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
  • Design engaging marketing materials, including property listings, brochures, social media graphics, email templates, and presentations tailored for English- and Mandarin-speaking audiences.
  • Collaborate with the Channel Manager to create high-quality visuals that align with brand guidelines and appeal to property buyers and renters.
  • Enhance property listings by customizing design elements, such as floor plans and layouts, for maximum impact.
  • Stay updated on design trends within the real estate industry to ensure modern and competitive materials.
Project Administration
  • Support the Channel Manager with project coordination, timeline management, and client communications.
  • Prepare ads for posting, manage email marketing campaigns (e.g., via Mailchimp), and update stock and price lists.
  • Organize workflows to ensure all deliverables are on schedule and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain project documentation, track updates, and prepare progress reports and briefs in both Mandarin and English.
Channel Support
  • Assist the Channel Manager in developing and executing property marketing strategies across digital and print channels.
  • Manage content calendars, upload property listings to online platforms, and help execute promotional campaigns for English- and Mandarin-speaking markets.
