• Certificate or Diploma in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Enthusiastic about learning and collaborating.
• Good verbal & written communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to express opinions and suggestions with the ability to thrive into the team

Responsibilities

1. Graphic & Product Design:

• Develop captivating visuals for digital and print media, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Generate creative concepts for marketing campaigns and social media content.
• Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to enhance the brand\'s visual appeal across platforms.

2. Brand Consistency & Management:

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of brand design to align and enhance the visual identity as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to integrate consistent brand elements across various touchpoints, including website, social media, and events.

3. Team Collaboration:

• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing design expertise to project success.
• Foster a collaborative environment by sharing insights, feedback, and expertise with team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

4. Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Provide accurate time and resource estimates for design tasks.

5. Support to Graphic Design Manager:

• Assist the Graphic Design Manager in coordinating and overseeing design projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Collaborate with the design team to facilitate the timely completion of tasks and projects.

6. Administrative Support:

• Handle administrative tasks related to design projects, including organizing files and maintaining project documentation.
• Assist in managing design-related schedules and deadlines.
