Job Description

Job Responsibility Execute full design process, from initial sketch through start of production. Utilize your experience with all phases of Interior Design project deliverables from Concept Design through Construction Administration to realize a successful design concept. Work independently or with minor oversight to perform assignments including, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation. Comply with company procedures and standards, liaise with the external design team and other organizations as needed. Provide leadership skills and team management with a desire to mentor junior staff. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior/management. Job Requirements Excellent written and spoken English. Candidates must possess at least 5 years experience in related field. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite Must possess at least bachelor s degree or higher in Architecture/Interior Design or other related disciplines. Excellent time management, communication, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, in addition to the ability to work independently. Skills coordinating Audio Visual and other specialty consultants. Must possess strong creative, technical. Must be able to lead a team effort, and delegate work to all team members to enable them to work independently. Written and spoken other languages will be advantageous. Have strong people management and leadership skills to hire, develop, and inspire the creative team. Must have exceptional design intuition, strong problem-solving skills, and a superior ability to visually communicate through sketches and renderings.
