Job Description

Castlery is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join the eCommerce Team!Based in Johor Bahru, you will focus on creating and adapting design assets that align with brand standards while supporting both operational and marketing objectives for our Singapore office. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Design Support

• Update and maintain brand assets to ensureconsistency, clarity, and modernity.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to design and produce assembly instructions using existing templates.
• Oversee simple video edits, ensuring alignment with predefined templates and brand guidelines.

Marketing Design Support

• Contribute to measurable outcomes such as increased engagement, lead generation, and website traffic through visual storytelling.
• Crop and enhance images (DI) for day-to-day Instagram posts and stories.
• Adapt existing templates for marketing and sales platforms, including:
• Amazon (e.g., listing images, A+ content, banners)
• Company website (e.g., Mopio site visuals)
• Social media advertisements (e.g., Meta, Google, YouTube).

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software.
• Strong understanding of branding, composition, and storytelling through visuals.
• Experience in working with templates and adapting assets across various platforms.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with cross-border teams and vendors.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon.
• Knowledge of social media marketing trends and design optimization for digital ads.
• Video editing experience will be an added advantage.
