Responsibilities : \xc2\xb7 Passionate about graphic creativity works, enjoying the process, and willing to go in-depth to produce high-quality content. \xc2\xb7 Display a proper attitude, self-discipline, focus, and finesse when executing each task assigned with high care and responsibility \xc2\xb7 Ability to understand the vision, mission, ideas, and methods of the top management and translate them into the desired outcomes. \xc2\xb7 Execute tactical marketing initiatives (material) across various channels \xe2\x80\x93 web, social, e-mail, in-store, etc. Contribute to brainstorming meetings and the development of new ideas. \xc2\xb7 Design visually compelling direct-response campaigns and creative projects to implement across all channels to retain and attract new customers. \xc2\xb7 Ability to conceptualize and deliver creative content including written, photo, and video assets to align with the Brand\xe2\x80\x99s voice. \xc2\xb7 Create visually appealing video campaigns on social media and email campaigns, as well as analyzing their impact. \xc2\xb7 Editing and proofreading marketing content. \xc2\xb7 Assist with copywriting and editing a variety of content across mediums that include: social media, presentations, product packaging, and user manuals. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with Management Team, as well as Campaign Manager and Event Manager to execute and implement new ideas. \xc2\xb7 Manage and maintain project deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Accurately and timely. Involvement in photoshoot /video shooting. Cooperate with a photo/video unit team if needed. Qualifications : \xc2\xb7 Candidates must possess a Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Digital Art or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 At least three (3 to 5) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. \xc2\xb7 Able to use graphic software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. \xc2\xb7 Able to use Adobe After Effects is an added advantage. \xc2\xb7 Able to shoot basic photos & videos. Ability to pay attention to details of work and be organized. \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently without direct supervision. Able to commit to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Able to use Mac & Windows platforms.
