• Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Graphic Design, Art Design Creative Multimedia Advertising
• 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects
• Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and Illustrator. Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effect preferred
• Time management, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive in keeping skills up-to-date and drive self-improvement
• Prioritization of different workloads, keen eye for design, attention to detail, resilience and ability to work under pressure
• Familiarity with web design and digital marketing trends is a plus
• Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a bonus

Tanggungjawab

• Generate creative ideas and concepts, and translate them into visually appealing designs, including but not limited to digital and print materials such as brochures, banners, social media graphics and website assets
• Work closely with marketing and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with marketing strategies and objectives
• Take ownership of design projects from concept to final execution. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure the quality and consistency of all deliverables
• Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
• Propose innovative and value-added creative solutions.
• Combine marketing and social media engagement ideas to boost the company\'s social media presence and facilitate effective interaction with target audiences.
• Undertake any additional duties assigned by superiors or the department head.
