Our Team of Superstars is looking for a new member to join us in the Creative Studio & Content function.

We are part of an in-house Marketing team in an international company with HQ in Finland. In this role, together with fellow Graphic Designers and Video Editors, you will work closely with other marketing people in KL, as well as various business functions in our European offices.

You will be surrounded by a huge group of team players, helping you to find your way in the team and learn in the new environment.

At the same time, you will work independently on exciting and challenging projects that will allow you to explore your creativity and showcase your skills, captivating our target audience with your designs.

This position is planned as a hybrid role. You will be required to come to our office based in Kuala Lumpur Sentral a set amount of days each week.

What will be your mission?

• Your daily tasks will include creating visuals for Social Media, Layout Designs for our brochures and reports, as well as materials for virtual and in-person events
• You will be supporting the Video Editor Team - but don\'t worry - you do not need extended Video Editor knowledge. Curiosity and the will to learn are enough! :)
• Working closely with the Marketing Team as well as other departments creating supporting materials for their various needs - there are always new, interesting tasks to dive into
• As a Designer you will also have the ability to redefine our creative fingerprint - we are not afraid of reinventing ourselves and trying new things - especially on social media!

What Skills will you need?

• Your English skills (written and spoken) are excellent
• You have a solid online portfolio. Please send us the Link (!)
• You are reliable and great at working in a team
• You have been working in the corporate field for at least 4 years
• You have a passion for design, curiosity for marketing and desire to keep learning new things
• You are experienced in using Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• If you have experience preparing various print designs - that would be a big plus!
• As we are creating Templates for Non-Designers as well, you should have knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - of course, these will not be your primary tools!
