About the Company

• Our client is a budding Malaysian real estate agency established since 2008, from humble beginnings of about 10 aspiring Real Estate Negotiators to over 250 Real Estate Negotiators thus far. They accredit this success to their belief that they are more than just a numbers company.

Job Responsibilities

• To work closely with the marketing team to design and produce a variety of digital and print assets.
• Take full ownership of projects from initial concept to final completion.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and meet the expected quality standards.
• To be responsible for managing timelines, meeting deadlines, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Maintain high attention to detail and ensure all work meets the established quality standards, even when juggling several tasks.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and styles is essential.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Able to demonstrate a high level of creativity and the ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas.
• Strong attention to detail is critical.
• Fluency in English, Malay, and Chinese is required.
• Knowledge of Canva will be beneficial.
• Skills in video editing will be an added advantage.
