• At least 4-5 years\' experience in a graphic design, digital marketing or advertising agency, or freelance
• Strong visual portfolio of work demonstrating expertise in creating effective marketing materials
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
• Experience in printed/offline design is a must
• Experience in digital marketing design, including social media, electronic direct mail, and web design, is preferred
• Video editing or motion design experience is a plus
• Education in Graphic Design, Visual communications, or a related fieldKey Skills:
• Strong design skills with proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong layout and visual design skills with a deep understanding of design fundamentals
• Good understanding of marketing design principles and how to create engaging content for various channels
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts effectively

Tanggungjawab

• Design and create visually compelling graphics and layouts for various marketing materials, including digital ads, social media content, email templates, and offline collateral
• Collaborate with the marketing and brand teams to develop creative concepts that align with KIAN and IT\'s sub band\'s brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Assist in the development of brand identity elements and ensure consistency across all marketing design outputs
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for visual storytelling and campaign themes
• Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards
