Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, menus, posters, banners, signage, digital ads, and social media content. Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms. Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to conceptualize campaigns and visual storytelling. Design visuals for in-house promotions, event collateral, guest communications, and corporate presentations. Coordinate with external vendors (printers, photographers, advertising agencies) to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials. Capture and edit photos and videos for marketing purposes when required. Manage the digital asset library and maintain organized records of artwork and templates. Assist in the planning and creative execution of special events, seasonal promotions, and corporate activities. Support the hotel's social media strategy through creative visual content and layout design.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality or service industry. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Knowledge of photography, videography, and basic editing is an advantage. Strong creative flair with an eye for detail, color, and composition. Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills with a positive and proactive attitude. Familiarity with branding and marketing concepts in the hospitality industry is preferred.
