Job Description

We are currently looking for a talented graphic designer that has experience with designing attractive and informative static and motion graphics! In this role, you will be working closely with the Senior Content Marketing Manager to design motion graphics and static graphic content for our social media and internal communications.

Responsibilities:

• Establish creative direction and brand guidelines for Qoala App Malaysia.
• Create and design various materials for digital and print collateral.
• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Make sure to meet the SLA for every design project.
• Conceptualise visuals based on requirements.
• Develop static and motion-based illustrations, logos, and other designs using software.
• Consistent on creating visuals based on visual brand guidelines.
• Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design.
• Visual A/B testing to support the performance of each channel.
• Analyse and optimize of each project based on performance.

• Having at least three years of experience in Graphic Design.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations, video editing, or other graphics.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustration)
• Minimal video editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is required
• Experience in designing ads materials for various platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads)
• Video, Motion, and 3D skills are a plus
• Having a degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related fields is a plus.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
