We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for our brand SmartPools International. As a Graphic Designer you will be conceptualising requirements, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be shaping the visual aspects of the website, promotions and events. You need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. BENEFITS: \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic salary range (RM3,000 - RM4,500 based on experience) \xe2\x80\xa2 A creative and innovative working environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Incentives for exceeding design brief \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsibility from day one in an international company \xe2\x80\xa2 A vibrant and international team with diverse backgrounds \xe2\x80\xa2 Regular company and team events JOB SCOPE: \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish creative direction as well as brand guidelines for SmartPools International \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and design varies materials for digital and print collateral \xe2\x80\xa2 Study design briefs and determine requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Make sure meet the SLA for every design project \xe2\x80\xa2 Conceptualise visuals based on requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software \xe2\x80\xa2 Consistent on creating visual based on visual brand guidelines \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design REQUIREMENTS: \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven graphic designing experience min 2 - 4 years \xe2\x80\xa2 A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustration) \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimal video editing experience with Adobe Animate and After Effects is required \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in designing ads materials for various platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads) \xe2\x80\xa2 Video, Motion, and 3D skills is a plus \xe2\x80\xa2 A keen eye for aesthetics and details \xe2\x80\xa2 Great communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
