A rapidly expanding fintech startup is seeking a creative, highly skilled Graphic Designer based in Kuala Lumpur to take on a newly created role. About the Graphic Designer Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that communicate complex financial concepts and data to clients. Your work will be seen by thousands of clients and will help shape the future of finance technology. you will develop a comprehensive knowledge of the brand design and digital principles and become a champion of brand governance and consistency by producing assets that comply with brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities:

• Work under the guidance of the Lead to bring project to life with visual solutions
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identifying, filling gaps and generating new ideas that grow customer experience in all median
• Understand web technologies, such as web design framework and systems
• Think creatively and come up with innovative design solutions
• Committed to research and experimentation to stay at the forefront of the field
• Execute assigned project based on Lead and company priorities and OKRs

To be successful as a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing intuitive design, creating engaging visuals, and collaborating with teams. You will also be responsible for ensuring that designs are implemented correctly and optimised for various formats. Key Requirements:

• Three or more years of experience in UIUX Designer or related fields
• Diploma/Degree in Graphic/Multimedia design with at least two years\xe2\x80\x99 work experience
• Highly proficient in Desktop Publishing Tools and Adobe Creative suite and experienced in creating designs using Microsoft applications, namely, PowerPoint and Word
• Knowledge of visual ideation, creative problem-solving relation on UIUX design and graphic design
• Video development and editing capabilities for web and mobile platforms
• A good eye for design and layout
• A deep attention to detail and a meticulous dedication on quality delivery
• Ability to multitask, provide solutions with good communication skills and collaborative nature with deadline-oriented individuals
