Hire Digital is seeking a Graphic Designer (Full-time, Remote) who will play a pivotal role in developing and executing visually stunning designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our corporate message. You will collaborate with various organisational stakeholders to produce high-quality visual assets across multiple channels, including print, digital media, and presentations. Responsibilities Design and develop visually compelling corporate marketing collateral, including infographics, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, newsletters, and other print and digital materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to understand design requirements and create impactful visual solutions that meet business objectives. Ensure all design materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. Create visually engaging infographics, charts, and diagrams to simplify complex information and data for internal and external audiences. Support developing and maintaining the company\'s website by creating compelling visual elements, graphics, and illustrations. Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to improve design quality and efficiency continuously. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Assist in creating and implementing design templates and style guides to streamline design processes and maintain consistency. Maintain an organized digital asset library, including logos, images, and other design resources, for easy accessibility and consistency. Requirements Proven experience working as a graphic designer in a corporate or agency or freelance setting. Proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote). Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects, including both print and digital materials. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout. Ability to interpret and translate complex concepts into visually compelling designs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with web design is a plus.
