Job Description

THE ROLE :

As a Graphic Designer, you\'ll be in charge of planning and creating graphics relevant to our clients\' brands. Our clients are typically e-commerce store owners for whom we develop images and designs that fit their branding and generate ROI at the same time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Plan and create graphics for our clients\' brands
• Generate brand-related and high-converting graphic designs (banners, gifs, email popup form design)
• Research and implementation of the latest design principles in e-commerce marketing
• Regularly work with the head of graphic designs, marketing manager and account managers to produce the final design
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Amend designs after feedback from the team
• Attend regular team meetings for updates and collaboration

Collaborate closely with account managers to deliver the graphics needed for their email campaigns. Upon receiving the email\'s specific details, such as the product being promoted, you will need to take the lead in applying your creative expertise to design captivating and engaging graphics.

This approach allows for a seamless and efficient process, as you transform the provided information into visually compelling assets that effectively communicate the intended message to the target audience.

KEY REQUIREMENTS :

• At least a bachelor\'s degree in in Design, Fine Arts or related field
• Email marketing experience is not required but great to have
• Proven 3+ years graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, organizational and time-management skills
• A good team player, given that you\'ll have to work with the execution team
