About The Company About the job Graphic Designer Our client is a start up company offering IT services and solutions to their clients, currently with a focus on mobile development. They are looking for experienced and competent individuals to join and spearhead their current flagship project. Brand Alignment: Work closely with the development and marketing teams to ensure that the app\'s visual identity is consistent across Android, web platforms, and marketing materials. Design Creation: Develop and design visual assets such as icons, banners, in-app graphics, website visuals, and promotional materials. UI Collaboration: Collaborate with the Front End Developer and Web Developer to integrate visual elements into the app and website, ensuring a cohesive look and feel. User-Centric Design: Focus on user experience by creating intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance usability. Style Guidelines: Develop and maintain style guidelines, including color schemes, typography, and layout principles, to guide development and ensure consistency. Quality Assurance: Review and ensure the quality of graphics and visual elements across platforms, making necessary adjustments for optimization. Feedback Implementation: Iterate on designs based on team feedback, user testing, and market trends, always aligning with the brand\'s image. Regular Reporting: Communicate design progress, challenges, and deliverables regularly to project management and stakeholders. Job Requirements Bachelors degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field. 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the tech or mobile app industry. Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). Experience with UI/UX design principles and a strong understanding of responsive design. Exceptional creativity and innovation, with an eye for detail and aesthetics. Understanding of branding and ability to create a cohesive visual identity across platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Portfolio showcasing previously designed visuals, especially related to app or web platforms.
