Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and update visual concepts for company identity such as logo, namecard, receipt book, letterhead, envelope, company corporate structure, etc.
• Design and develop layout & production for advertisements, newspaper ads, brochures, flyers, bunting, banner, luggage tag, program booklet and signage.
• Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites.
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.
• Assist Marketing team in designing social media post, website content and layout, etc.
• Assist all departments in printing, converting & editing files, and re-touching.
• Newspaper ads scan

Job Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications or any related major
• Good stakeholder and people management skills facing internal clients
• Experience working in hospitality/tourism industry is an added advantage
• Attention to detail, creative and have sense of urgency
• Basic organisation and planning skills
• Basic website design, coding and/or graphics design will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken
