Currently with 15 outlets across 6 brands, 2023 continues to be an exciting time for Kenny Hills Hospitality Group as we gear towards opening 4 outlets to close the year! Hence, we are seeking a Graphic Designer with a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into designs. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms. He/she will oversee the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. He/she will be the one to shape the visual aspects of store looks, sales & events collaterals, websites, product packaging, exhibitions and more. Responsibilities included but not limited to; Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends Study design briefs, determine requirements & execute according to briefs given. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for packaging, collaterals, website and more Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand Work with the marketing and creative team to produce final design Test graphics across various media Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Who we are looking for Proven graphic designing experience that showcases creative flair in work produced Familiarity with design software and technologies (Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) A keen eye for aesthetics and details Excellent communication skills Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines 2-4 years of experience in graphic design Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills Prior Food & Beverage industry experience is a bonus
