Job Description

• Basic understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, layout design and video editing/ animation.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in design work, with the ability to adapt to different brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design tools.

ResponsibilitiesDesign and Layout

• Graphic Creation : Design logos, brochure, advertisement, website , banner for marketing events and online activity and other visual materials, product packaging, labels and stickers

Digital and Print Media

• Digital Design : Creating digital graphics for websites, social media, online ads and email campaigns.
• Print Design: Designing for marketing materials for flyers, leaflet and brochure, company product handbooks.

Brand Identity and Guidelines

• Brand Development: Creating and maintaining a consistent brand image across all design and posting on marketplace and social media websites.
• Sytle guide: Developing and adhering to brand style guides, including color schemes, topography.

Problem-Solving

• Creative Solutions: Finding innovative solutions to design challenges and client requests.
• User Experience: Ensuring designs provide a positive user experience and meet accessibility standards.

Web Design

• Knowledge of web design principles, including responsive design, HTML, and CSS (often in collaboration with web developers).

Collaboration with the sales and marketing

• Produce design and banner / photo align with themes and drive to revenues.
