Responsible for creating visual campaign solutions (to briefs given) and ongoing campaign with high visual impact. The role involves listening to creative briefs and carefully crafting and strategizing and understanding the outcome of each design with an objective. The design required should reflect a well thought and cohesive campaign to be applied cross platform.
The role will require the individual to work on multiple campaigns at a time. Meeting clients or stakeholders to advise on the best design solution based on the clients and campaign\xe2\x80\x99s end goal.
A self-starter and proactive when it comes to research, processing research findings to design, innovative in coming up with various design solutions for specific platform to elevate interest in an initiative done by the station or collaborated with clients.
Talented in photography or video work to produce interactive visuals abreast with the development of technology and evolution of media.
Collaborative team player working with external creatives, advertising agencies, media, printer, photographer, illustrators, designers, web developers and marketing specialists.

Job Requirement

Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Art/ Design/Multimedia/ Visual Communication or equivalent.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in or in a similar capacity.
Proficiency in design software such as Illustrator & Photoshop.
Video Editing & Photography skill will be an added advantage.
Strong time management and project management
Skills.
Able to manage multiple design projects and work independently within tight deadlines and can adapt well in a fast-paced environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills, disciplined, hardworking, meticulous, detail oriented.
Positive attitude and confident team player.
