Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design tools for web and social media platforms.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design work, including print and digital materials.
Excellent understanding of design principles, layout composition, typography, color theory, and branding.
Ability to interpret marketing briefs and transform concepts into visually compelling designs.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders, and to present design ideas and concepts.
Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for travel and knowledge of the travel industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Develop creative and innovative design concepts for print and digital platforms, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media graphics, website elements, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and key messages in order to produce design solutions that align with our brand guidelines and business objectives.
Design visually engaging materials that effectively communicate the unique selling points of our travel agency, showcasing the destinations, travel packages, special offers, and other relevant information.
Create visually appealing infographics, illustrations, and icons to convey complex information or statistical data in a clear and concise manner.
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards across all design deliverables, maintaining a cohesive visual identity throughout various marketing channels.
Keep up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and impact of our designs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing managers, content creators, and photographers, to gather necessary assets and incorporate them into the designs.
Work with external vendors, such as printers and suppliers, to ensure accurate and high-quality production of printed materials.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
