JOB SCOPE: 1. Creating packaging designs that communicate the brand\'s identity and product features, in accordance to Brandbook. 2. Communicate with other departments to ensure packaging information comply with relevant regulations and requirements, such as labeling and nutritional information. 3. Design banners for websites, social media, trade shows, events and others. 4. Developing a wide range of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and promotional materials. 5. Ensuring that all marketing materials align with the brand\'s visual identity and messaging. 6. Collaborating with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute designs that effectively promote products and services. 7. Communicate with print vendors and ensure proper color management and file preparation for printing. 8. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent; 2. Required skill(s): graphic and multimedia design, photography, editing video, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop; 3. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position; 4. Applicants must be willing to work in Selayang (no work from home) 5. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition. 6. Proficiency in using design tools and software. 7. Knowledge of industry-standard file formats, color modes, and resolution requirements for different mediums (print, web, social media).8. Ability to conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions that align with project objectives. 9. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and priorities.
