• Diploma/degree in arts, graphic design, multimedia or equivalent
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalent
• Good command in Mandarin and English, both speaking and writing.
• Communication and problem-solving

• Creative, multi-tasking, self-motivated, independent, ability to follow instructions
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently

ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Analytical Skills

• Align with the marketing team to analyse market trends, consumer needs, the competitive landscape, and tracking campaign performance.
• Keeping up-to-date with new trends, quality content, and latest updates in the digital advertising industry, and applying learnings in day-to-day work.
• Report and feedback to the head of marketing and work together with the assigned department for the above scope.
• Well understanding of product details
• Collaborating across various teams to conceptualize, and develop digital campaigns and ideas, and to drive up standards of digital creativity.
• Developing static visuals for a wide variety of channels including but not limited to social media and display advertising
• Working closely with relevant teams in pitches, from research, art direction, and campaign ideation, to visual development.
• Overseeing all design elements, from conception to final delivery.
• To perform any other duties as and when required.
