Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Advertising/Media/Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• MUST be able to communicate in fluent Mandarin as our company works closely with Taiwanese clients.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
• Have good artistic & aesthetic sense.
• Having a basic knowledge of photography and videography together would be given priority for an interview.
• Willing to learn and travel outstation such as Penang and Johor Bahru.
• Good team player and able to work independently.
• Able to start work immediately.

• Design marketing materials by working closely with the marketing team.
• Assist the team leader to visualize posters, briefs, understand requirements to produce great results.
• Design and editing pictures, posters, and videos.
• Taking photos and videos for marketing purposes.
• Assisting in operating social media, such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Assisting in operating E-commerce platforms, such as Shopee and Lazada.
• Possess good media management skills and archiving of completed jobs.
• Work well under pressure to meet deadlines, including working out of office hours and occasionally on weekends.
• Other ad-hoc assignments as required.
• Assisting in events and workshops as required.
• Able to travel outstation for events when required to perform assigned
