Design products that suit our creative community and oversee the production process. Formulate, develop, and prepare concepts and designs of marketing media for the online platform. Responsible for conceptualising, designing, and developing the layout and production of all marketing communications and marketing support materials for both printed and electronic media. Able to ideate fresh, exciting concepts and innovation to redefine any design brief within the constraints of cost and time. Carry out photography shooting and editing for the purpose of advertisement and promotion. Collaborating with content writers and marketing teams for creative concepts. Takes ownership, leads and manages/directs initiatives, and successfully executes through all stages of creative development on target, on time, and on budget. Have a thorough understanding and experience in graphic design, photography, typography, layout design and digital art. Coordinate with production and business development teams to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase. Able to understand commercial business requirements and execute ideas in a creative manner. Education: Any degree in a creative-related field, but solid skills are more important than your degree Years of experience: Whether you\'re a seasoned pro or fresh out of school, we want to hear from you! Required software skills: Be a master of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, and other video editing software. Soft skills: The ability to work under tight deadlines without breaking a sweat and communicate like a boss with the team.
