• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design or any related field
• Minimum 2-year(s) experience & knowledge in retail management
• Required skill(s): must be well versed in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or any other design software
• Must be able to work well under stress and good team player
• Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision
• Possess own transport and willing to travel

Tanggungjawab

• Custom retail signs for the inside and outside of the store as well as custom signage / posters / stickers for upcoming sales and promotions.
• Create a creative and quality digital poster, brochures, banner design, OEM packaging and stickers.
• Involves using email to send advertisements, request business, or solicit sales for the brand awareness.
• Prepare the management proposal to ensure all the items needed for an activity are well-disseminated and used within specific time frames.
• Expert in press release and media release to promote something significant and specific for the development of the company.
• Prepare furniture manual and merchandising manual for the purpose of increased full price sell-through, fewer markdowns and ability to capitalize on demand and drive higher profits.
• Develop and design layouts advertisement inclusive of Shop Floor, Copy and Images.
• Assist in activation of the marketing/sales operations with organizational strategic priorities in a timely and professional manner.
• Graphic work needs to be stylized with effective and efficient show-marketing graphic design.
• Assist in setting and enforcing merchandising standards
• Building merchandising guide
• Building asset list for shop reference
• Merchandising of all new shops and provide guidance to staff on merchandising standards / best practice
• Merchandising of new collections /new products /seasonal highlights and provide detailed instructions/guidelines for merchandising
• Periodically audit shop merchandising
• Propose and produce window displays, signs, posters, interior displayed, floor plans and special promotion displays where applicable in accordance with the organization\'s culture, products, image and target market.
• Liaise with suppliers and source elements while monitoring costs and work within a given budget.
• Oversee production and brief staff on display arrangement
