• Minimum foundation in Graphic Design or any relevant industry.
• Able to converse in English.
• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Canva
• Strong design skills and understanding of design principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Portfolio showcasing design abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Graphic Design Initiatives: Collaborate with the team to create and design a wide range of graphic artwork for both online and offline platforms. This includes content for social media, website, e-commerce, marketplaces, and various printed marketing materials.
• Design Task Execution: Perform a variety of design tasks, including image editing, file organization, and conducting necessary research to support design projects.
• Brand Consistency and Project Management: Work closely with the team to ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Design Software Proficiency: Utilize design software such as Photoshop (PSD), Illustrator (AI), and Canva to create diverse design assets, including POSM, social media visuals, marketing collaterals, and more.
• Client Collaboration (Corporate Orders): Effectively communicate with clients to understand their specific requirements and finalize the details and specifications for customized corporate orders.
• Print Media Expertise : Experience in print media is highly valued, given our focus on customizing products for Life Design Studio, which includes candle production.
• Cultural Design Appreciation (Bonus): Knowledge of traditional Malaysian design elements like Batik and Songket is a plus.
• Team Support: Be a team player and readily assist colleagues with ad-hoc tasks, such as retail work or merchandise packing.
• Website Management: Manage the website for Life Design Studio, ensuring IT is up-to-date and visually appealing.
• Pop-up Event Support: Assist with the planning and set-up of pop-up or retail events to promote the brand.
