Job Description

• Applicant must have at least 1 year of advertising, design agency or event background.
• Must demonstrate the ability to conceptualise, design and execute a variety of projects.
• Must possess strong design sense and creativity while adhering to strict brand guidelines.
• Must be meticulous with great organisational skills, have the ability to multi-task and come up with creative solutions within a limited timeframe.
• Must excel in a fast-paced environment being a team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Must carry a positive attitude with the eagerness to learn and excel.
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign.
• Knowledge of video production will be an added advantage.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin

• To create and design a series of graphic artwork for social media ads, ie. Facebook, Instagram, e-commerce platform, marketplace, and more.
• Responsible to conceptualize, design, develop layout, specifications and production of all marketing materials for a variety of media, project and campaigns
• Research and update with different design trends, knowledge of industry trend, and branding ideas
• Work closely with marketing team to interpret the company's needs and to meet company's objectives
• Ensure creativity in developing product branding and proof-reading of all materials
• To develop design briefs and sourcing for quality content for social media, ie. Facebook, Instagram and update to clarify design issues
• All projects artwork approval preparation, features description preparation, records and safekeeping
• Create opportunities to innovate design
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management / Superior from time to time
