Summary

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs across digital and print media. This role supports branding, marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications by translating ideas into creative visuals that strengthen the company's identity and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative designs for marketing materials including brochures, posters, banners, social media content, newsletters, and presentations. Ensure all visual outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and corporate identity. Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize campaign visuals and design strategies. Produce layouts, illustrations, icons, and other graphic assets for both online and offline use. Edit and enhance photos, videos, and other visual content as needed. Prepare artwork for printing, ensuring file accuracy, correct formats, and print specifications. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for branding and marketing initiatives. Maintain a digital library of design assets, templates, and brand materials.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or equivalent design tools. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative ability, attention to detail, and versatility in design styles. Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Good communication skills and the ability to interpret creative briefs effectively. Knowledge of video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is an added advantage. Familiarity with UI/UX or web design is a bonus.
