JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To conceptualize & design up to final output of Company Marketing Material for both Online & Offline (i.e leaflet, brochure, newsletter, banner, social media content, website, online stores etc)
• Ensures that layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards and follow best practices.
• Ensure tasks are completed with careful checking, consistent and on schedule.
• Preparing timelines and keeping records for budgetary control.
• Liaise closely with cross department team members on all aspects of projects from concept to production.
• Continuously update the reference library with the latest industry design references (i.e industry catalogues, flyers, social media, images)
• Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to the management and incorporating their feedback into the final design.
• Monitoring all aspects of collaterals production from Final Artwork (FA) to actual print out.
• Communicate with printers Supplier for artwork and printing requirements / quotation.
• To carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS A. Formal Qualification BA/BSc/Professional Diploma in Broadcasting, Film Studies/Cinematic Arts, Advertising/Media, Mass Com., Production, or related fields. B. Knowledge Video Editing (Adobe Premier Pro) & Photo Editing (Adobe Photoshop) or other video editing software. Solid Videography & Photography skills. Familiarity with professional cameras and equipment. Graphic Design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) Strong Work Ethics(productivity, responsibility, accountability). English language fluency (for all communication purposes). Fast Learner (we constantly learn and implement more improved methods). Past experience in making digital advertisements/video production for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube) or working for an eCommerce business/Agency. C. Skills Extra Software Knowledge (Lightroom/After Effects). Experienced in creating 3D model / animation is an added advantage. D. Language 1. Ability to read and write in Chinese will be an added advantage as this role will communicate directly with China counterparts.
