Kelayakan

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design or any related field.
• Proven experience (1-2 years) working as a Graphic Designer, with a strong emphasis on product development, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.
• Proficient with industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of the retail and consumer market landscape, including an awareness of branding and marketing strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting strict deadlines.
• Strong creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovative design.
• Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both speaking and writing. (Mandarin are an added advantage)

Tanggungjawab

• Lead the development of graphics and visual elements for our retail pharmacy products, with a strong emphasis on packaging design, labels, and product aesthetics.
• Generate creative concepts for new products and packaging, aligning design with product functionality and market demand.
• Be involved in the product development process, from conceptualization and design through to production and launch.
• Ensure that all product designs are consistent with the company\'s brand guidelines while reflecting the unique features of each product.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and regulatory, to ensure that designs meet the needs of the product development cycle.
• Stay informed about market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive product designs to inform and enhance our own product development strategies.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, customers, and market research to continuously iterate and improve product designs.
• Efficiently manage design projects, balancing multiple product development phases and meeting critical project timelines.
