• Min 1 year experience in graphic design
• Fresh grads also can apply
• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
• Preferably conversant in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficiency in design tools, including In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Observant, systematic and organised approach to work
• Patient, careful, good at cross-departmental communication and coordination, high willingness to learn, positive and optimistic
• Excellent team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to multitask and work with tight timeline
• Skills in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Experience in magazine layout design & publishing
• Maintain a high standard of quality control from concept to final design
• Design and create photo-templates, marketing material and collaterals from conceptualising to design, print and production
• Work closely with team members from different regions, to develop specifications and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Willing to travel overseas
• Ability to arrange logistics and procurement
• Be responsible for file/photos collection, quality check, edit and organise files
