• Company\'s clients are 100% from China, candidates must be fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Bachelor\'s or Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or related field
• A minimum of 3-7 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
• Comfortable engaging industry for various iGaming platforms.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, After Effects, InDesign) or other relevant tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in digital marketing.
• Ability to stay updated on the latest design trends and apply them appropriately.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior designers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot design issues and find effective solutions.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Experience in creating graphics optimized for digital channels like websites, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Design website layouts, landing pages, and user interfaces with a focus on user experience.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Conduct market research to understand target audiences and technologies in digital marketing
• Ensure all designs meet the company\'s quality standards and align with the brand\'s visual identity.
• Contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies by providing creative input and insights.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
