Job Description

We are looking for a Graphic/Multimedia Designer with strong creative skills and a portfolio of work demonstrating their passion in the creative field. He/she will have a keen understanding of design trends and tools and be able to work seamlessly with other creative teammates to produce original creative assets explicitly dedicated to marketing and creative solutions for our company.

The Role

• Conceptualize, plan and design visual assets for websites, landing page, social media, EDM, pop up, web banner, icon, logo, masthead, templates, graphic assets, gif and any related marketing collaterals.
• Work closely with Marketing, Creative & relevant team through brainstorming, creation and develop multimedia (audio/video/motion graphic) content for clients, internal branding and corporate videos, social videos, product marketing videos, demos, podcasts, voxpop, animated and any other video formats.
• Responsible in documenting and maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring all collaterals produced are compliant with our brand architecture
• Possess a keen sense of creativity, a natural flair for voicing out ideas, and an innate ability to push creative boundaries.
• Transform briefs into ideas and develop concepts that make visual communication sense by studying relevant information and materials.
• Pro-active in providing the next-big-thing ideas and prepare to present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Managing several projects of multiple deadlines and occasionally assist other departments in a related task as and when assigned as well as resourceful in looking for solutions.
• Participating constructively in inter-department tasks such as marketing plans and provide support for events if needed to document/ record to turn it into video or visual content.

Required Qualification

• Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Graphic Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• At least 2 to 4 Year(s) of working experience in graphic designs or similar work experience.
• Required Skill(s): Adobe Creative Suite inclusive of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, Davinci Resolve & Final Cut Pro.
• Preferably mid-level designer specialized in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
• Passionate for design, creativity and technology.
• A deep attention to detail and a meticulous dedication to proper delivery.
• Fast, flexible, dynamic and believes in continual growth and learning.
• Must have a sharp eye for detail.
• Good in writing, presenting, and conversational skills (English and Malay)
• Additional Skills: HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, PHP, MySQL. Knowledge in these areas would be an extra advantage.
