About the roleAs the Graphics Manager at IOI Malls, you will be responsible for leading a talented team of graphic designers to create visually stunning and impactful marketing materials that drive engagement and sales. This full-time position is based in Putrajaya, providing you with the opportunity to work within a thriving retail environment and contribute to the continued success of this dynamic shopping destination.What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the in-house graphic design team
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a wide range of marketing collateral, including digital and print advertisements, brochures, and event materials
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and advertising teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all visual assets
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously enhance the visual impact of the company's marketing initiatives
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering their professional development
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality work on schedule

What we're looking for

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a graphic design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of designers
• Familiarity with the retail industry and an understanding of marketing trends and best practices
