At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Working experience in plantation will be an advantage
Strong technical knowledge with Up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and other regulatory financial reporting requirements
Good command of both written and spoken English
Positive attitude, leaderships, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills and communications skills
Mature, Passionate, and Independent
With own transport and willing to travel

Responsibilities

Responsible to handle full spectrum of accounting functions and activities.
Have a strong experience of SQL system is a MUST
Ensure timely closing of monthly accounts, preparation of monthly financial reports and balance sheet etc
Required to engage with departments and subsidiaries within the group and provide guidance on finance and accounting matters
Liaise with both internal and external parties including bankers, auditors, tax agents and company secretary on all statutory and tax requirements compliances
Fast, flexible and effective solutions to ad hoc business needs
Able to lead and train the junior account executives
To lead or participate in ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by Management from time to time
