-Review group financial statements, group consolidation & quarterly announcement to ensure they are prepared accurately and in compliance with statutory listing requirements, Bursa, FRS/MFRS & any other statutory bodies

-Responsible for the end-to-end strategic planning, implementation, management of all financial activities of the group, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk and governance as well as negotiations.

-Partner closely with senior stakeholders and board members of the group.

-Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.

-Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team.

-Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.

-Advising on long-term business and financial planning.

-Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets.

-Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group.

-Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.

-Duties on reporting of company financial and operational performance to Audit Committee, Board Risk Management Committee and Board of Directors
Requirements

-Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role for 10 years and above

-Complete Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Masters Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration or a related field.

-In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices

-Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

-Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., UBS or SAP)

-Ability to strategize and solve problems

-Strong leadership and organizational skills

-Excellent communication and people skills

-An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers

-Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a strong advantage

-MA in Accounting, Finance or similar relevant field and data analysis

-Excellent knowledge of corporate financial law

-Hands-on experience with risk management

-Hands-on experience with financial management software

-Excellent time-management and organizational skills

-Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

-Problem solver and critical thinker mindset
