Job Description
As the Group Finance Manager of the team, you are responsible to prepare group consolidation reports, financial reports, budgets, forecast, cash flow management reports, taxation and etc.
- Possess a Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting and/or Professionally Qualified (ACCA, CPA, MIA, ICAEW and etc)
- Must have property development expertise
- Experienced in group consolidation, group reporting, group budgeting, forecasting, corporate tax, audit, and other related matters
- Must be able to manage a team and oversee various portfolios
- Must have property development / construction background
- Must be technically equipped with consolidation expertise
- Solid communication skills
- Business partnering and stakeholder management skills
