Job Description
As the Group Finance Manager, you will be leading the team at the forefront, covering various aspects of finance from daily operations, to group reporting and treasury matters.
- Possess a bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting and/or Professionally Qualified (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW and etc)
- Experienced in group reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, treasury, cash management, financial modelling, valuation, funding, project financing and etc
- Must possess strong industry expertise in Property / Construction
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid industry knowledge of property / construction
- Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lead a team will be necessary
