About the Role

A strategic leadership position responsible for regional financial consolidation and statutory governance under the ClearSK group. You will work closely with Singapore HQ to ensure timely management and statutory reporting, in alignment with IPO readiness and group financial control standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and review consolidation across regional entities.

- Supervise tax, SST, and audit processes for Malaysia-based entities.

- Coordinate inter-company and related-party reconciliations.

- Implement group financial policies and compliance standards.

- Oversee quarterly deliverables tied to bonus eligibility.

- Collaborate with auditors, corporate secretaries, and group management.

Requirements

- Degree in Accounting / Finance; ACCA / CPA qualification essential.

- 12+ years of senior finance experience with regional exposure.

- Strong consolidation, tax, and governance expertise.

- Excellent communication and people leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM16,000.00 - RM22,000.00 per month
