Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any related field.
Good communication skills and able to communicate in English & Malay (both verbal and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
Pleasant personality and able to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
Well-organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with eagerness to learn.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process from screening, interview coordination, pre-onboarding arrangements, onboarding and offboarding.
Assist in calculating attendance allowance and overtime claims.
Update and maintain staff leave records on a weekly basis.
Help manage medical claims and update staff details for medical benefits and insurance.
Monitor daily attendance and generate attendance reports when required.
Assist in HRDC grant applications and appeal submissions.
