Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the annual marketing and communications strategy for the hotel group, aligned with overall business objectives.
Drive brand consistency and positioning across all hotels within the group to strengthen brand identity.
Plan, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-property platforms.
Lead group-wide digital initiatives, including SEO/SEM, website management, email marketing, and paid media campaigns.
Oversee all public relations activities, including press releases, media engagement, and crisis communications.
Provide guidance and support to individual hotel marketing teams and coordinate with external agencies when required.
Develop, monitor, and manage the annual marketing budget for all hotels within the group, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's Degree is an added advantage.
5-7 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
Demonstrated success in managing multi-property or group-level marketing strategies.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and emerging hospitality trends.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CMS, and CRM systems.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
