Job Description

Provide installation, setup, and technical configuration service of company products to internal and external customers. Manage all technical issues of company products through professional customer service. Carry out on-site installation and preventive maintenance briefing. Repair faulty products through proper diagnosis and troubleshooting. Liaise with suppliers to resolve product issues. Communicate with the team, suppliers and customers through email, phone calls, messages, and WhatsApp. Record daily activities and submit them to the Head Of Department before the deadline. Doing product briefings to the relevant team members and advising the team on product accessories needed. Produce service and complaint reports. Assist in product technical documentation.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess with minimum Certificate/TVET in Plumbing/Electrical or in any related field. At least three (3) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Hands on experience in Plumbing, Sanitaryware, Electrical and water dispenser installation. Exposure to plastic manufacturing, especially in kitchen and bathroom products is an advantage. Applicants must willing to work in Semenyih Hi-Tech.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
