Overview of job

We are currently looking for the Executive, Performance - Search to join us. In this role, you will work closely with the teams across GroupM agencies to constantly improve digital operation processes, to ensure seamless workflow and increased efficiency.

This role reports to: Manager / Senior Manager, Performance - Search.

  • Working among one of the largest Malaysia Performance Specialist team who constantly pushes the boundaries of digital marketing.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
  • Understand the client\xe2\x80\x99s business goals and marketing objectives and understand the role SEM plays to drive their business forward.
  • Great understanding of best practices and audit process to deliver best in class campaigns.
In six months:
  • Continually building tests and learn frameworks across all SEM campaigns, ensuring tests reach significance where possible and learnings / next steps are communicated to clients.
  • Strong relationship with your team and senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Strong relationship with SEM reps across key partners.
  • Contributing to campaign performance to drive continued efficiencies across all campaigns.
In 12 months:
  • Contribution to evolving best practices through testing Alphas/Betas.
  • Exceeding client KPIs across all campaigns and growing business revenue through increased billings where possible.
  • Contribution to SEM strategies across new business pitches.
What your day job looks like at GroupM:
  • Execute Search campaigns on major platforms (i.e. Google, Microsoft Advertising, Amazon and any self-service e-Comm platforms) across all GroupM agencies.
  • Execute Digital Search Marketing activities of established local and global brands across multiple industries.
  • Provide actionable insights during mid and post campaign reports to improve in-flight optimizations and future campaign brief recommendations.
  • Attain Google Ads, Search/eCommerce Platform, and Analytics certifications.
  • Any other project or tasks as assigned from time to time.

  • Knowledge of Digital marketing preferred.

Minimum qualifications:
  • At least 1 year working experience in Digital Marketing or relevant industry. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Consistently demonstrate hunger for learning and sharing.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to effectively adjust to a fast-changing environment.
  • Team player - able to receive and provide feedback professionally, thrive in a team environment, and able to work collaboratively.
