End-to-end responsibility of the P&L and growth of a business unit in seller management
Define, implement and execute the business development and growth strategy for the business unit
Develop data-backed business strategies and support the business teams in executing the strategies
Identifying and overcoming challenges through comprehensive investigation, analysis, and solution design, while continually monitoring and reporting on key issues affecting the business unit
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to lead and execute initiatives that support key business objectives
Engaging with senior leadership to drive forward key growth initiatives for the business unit
Identify, establish and grow other local strategic partnerships
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in any field, with at least 5 years of working experience in a high-performing organization
Prior working experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, e-commerce, or fast-paced tech start-ups is a plus
Experienced in management and leadership roles. Passionate in coaching, mentoring and team management
Highly analytical and able to generate meaningful and actionable analysis
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Possess strong business acumen and commercial savviness
Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to execution
