About Us

LiquidX is an application layer focused venture studio. We plan to build 5\xe2\x80\x936 new companies 2 ways ; (1) We (mostly) build them on our own (2) We (sometimes) build them in partnership with good founders, taking on tech and product roles in the founding team.

The current companies we have built:

• A gaming-first IP studio, Pixelmon
• An anime publishing and licensing company, Kasagi Labo
• A web3 legaltech company, Gvrn (\xe2\x80\x9cGovern\xe2\x80\x9d)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Manager to join our Product team. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a knack for identifying and leveraging growth opportunities.

What you can expect to work on:

• Developing a deep understanding of customer behavior and needs.
• Developing, executing, and managing growth experiments and strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Identifying and analyzing key metrics to evaluate and validate growth initiatives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, etc.) to implement growth initiatives.
• Using A/B testing, product user data, and market research to inform growth strategies.

Requirements

What you need to succeed:

• You have 2-3 years experience in a Growth Marketing or Growth Manager role, preferably in a startup or tech company.
• You have a proficient understanding of SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
• Familiarity with web3 and gaming, but not necessary to have worked in those fields
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative data and metrics.
• Creative with experimentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
