The Growth Marketing Coordinator at ShopBack will thrive in a fast-paced learning environment with opportunities to learn more about e-commerce marketing operations and workflow. You will support the Growth Marketing team on social media, influencer and day-to-day campaigns. An ideal candidate is someone who is creative, has a high attention to detail, is social savvy and is a great all rounder. This candidate needs to work efficiently, respond fast to changes and needs to be good with time management.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign & Content Support
  • Creation of Partnership Codes and Links on Needle
  • Support and ensure smooth and timely campaign execution
  • Monthly campaign and content reporting, identifying opportunities to grow new ShopBack customers
  • With support from Senior Marketing Manager document campaign management processes and work on their continuous improvement
  • Ownership of campaign and content invoicing, including finance sheets, approvals and finance form submission
  • Growth Marketing Support (Performance and ATL)
  • Ownership of the new customer app and web interface
  • Support the briefing of merchant and campaign creatives, to go live across paid social media
  • Support ATL campaign invoicing, including finance sheets, approvals and finance form submission
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns including briefing in creative
  • Support and ensure smooth and timely campaign execution including sharing assets with partners and publishers
  • With support from the Senior Marketing Manager document campaign management processes and work on their continuous improvement
  • Social Media Support
  • Support Content calendar management
  • Source assets for social media merchant integration
  • Support team in creating content for ShopBack\'s social media channels
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong skills and proper use of Excel & Powerpoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Experience in Trello highly regarded
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a natural aptitude to communicate clear solutions to complex problems.
  • Driven and has strong ownership on process improvements.
  • Proactive and takes the initiative to resolve issues fast.
  • Meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive work attitude with good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Previous experience in content management/social media/digital media is a plus
  • Responsive and fast worker.
